We have an opening for a full-time Web Developer with a creative eye who has mastered Flash and other Web development tools. As The Foundry Agency grows, we are building a team of talented individuals whose ability to communicate ideas and contribute to overall client goals is as valued as their proven track record and ability to do great, award-winning work. To be considered, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

General Requirements:

• Ability to work out of our Atlanta office
• Provide an online portfolio or links to sites you've built (a brief description of your role in each project is also helpful)
• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment - this can include brainstorming with designers as well as taking direction from the creative project leads
• Show the professionalism needed to interact directly with our clients
• Have a self-driven ability to meet deadlines

Technical and Creative Skills:

• Ability to build involved Flash sites; ActionScript experience is a must
• Proficient in using Photoshop
• Experienced in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and ASP
• Passion for new Web development solutions and Web 2.0 trends

Preferred Skills:

• Creative design; a development-focused candidate with good design skills
• Site optimization
• Email marketing
• Online application development
• Audio/video production skills
